Features:
Reciprocating piston CNG compressor has always used a fixed frequency asynchronous motor driven motion mechanism for power compression, in order to achieve pressurization and aeration.
Through theoretical research and practical operation results for many years, we find that this method has low efficiency, small exhaust volume and low utilization rate of main motor power.
Faced with this situation, after careful analysis and research, our company developed intelligent, efficient and energy-saving CNG frequency conversion reciprocating piston compressor.
This series of frequency converter CNG compressors can automatically and intelligently adjust the speed of the compressor by detecting the load of the compressor, so as to realize that the main motor is always running at full power within the allowable speed range, so as to effectively utilize the power of the motor and improve the air-pumping capacity.
