Easy operation gas sweetening For natural gas sulphur removal
Description:
Gas sweetening is the process for the removal of mainly acid gases (H2S and CO2) and, in addition, the simultaneous removal of sulphur organic species (RSH, COS, CS2) from process gas. It is an essential step of sour gas processing for natural gas treatment, NGL recovery, LNGs, refineries and petrochemicals in order to meet transport and market specifications, to comply with environmental regulations for emissions and to control corrosion.
The natural gas sweetening unit can treat 300X104 Nm3 natural gas per day. The operating flexibility is 50%-100%. The total production time is 8000 hours per year.
The equipment uses the 45% MDEA to absorb the H2S and CO2. The solution's circulating is 94 m3/h.
The skid mounted natural gas sweetening unit is intergated. It is easy for operating and maintenance. Well organized equipment saves the space and good for tranportation and assembly.
