TEG Dehydration unit manufacturer with low cost and reliable preformance

Description:

Gas dehydration is a fundamental step in gas treatment and is included in nearly all gas processing units in order to prevent the formation of hydrates in high pressure natural gases during gas transmission or during cryogenic gas processing ,such as LPG / NGL recovery or in LNGs. Dehydration is also applied to prevent corrosion from condensed water in sour gas streams.

Features:

The natural gas glycol dehydration unit has the below features.

The treat capacity of TEG dehydration equipment for natural gas is 150X104. The operating flexibility is 50-100%. The production time will be 8000 hours per year.

The equipment uses 99.74 (wt) TEG as dehydrate to get rid of the water in natural gas.

GET process is simple and mature. It has good stability and can get low dew point.

It's easy to regenerate and operate. The cost will lower than other method.
