Application:
The CNG compressor is fit for mother and daughter CNG fueling station.
Features:
The CNG compressor unit is skidded as a whole, and the motor drives the compressor directly through the coupling. It is convenient to transport and easy to install.
The CNG Compressor can be equipped with sound insulation cover to meet all-weather outdoor operation. The cover is equipped with space heater, flammable gas alarm system, maintenance suspension beam, explosion-proof lighting, safety door, adjustable shutter and special silencing channel. It is safe, environmental friendly and convenient to maintain.
The cooling way is water cooling or mixed cooling (air cooling and closed water cooling).
Water cooling compressor unit takes separable pipeline cooler, the air flows in the pipe and water flows outside in opposite direction. The structure is small, work well and good looking. The pipe core is separable, easy to clean the water dust.
The air cooler of mixed cooling compressor is on the skid. The closed water cooling system covers a small area and suitable for CNG filling station in north region.
The control system of compressor is imported PLC and motor soft starter, timely monitoring the work of compressor to ensure the safe running
