High pressure wet gas re-injection and metering skid for natural gas
Description:
The wet gas reinjection and metering station is used for high-pressure distribution, metering and reinjection of associated gas in oil field. The process manifold of gas distribution station is made of 20G (GB5310 sulfur content control tube) material with good H2S corrosion resistance, which is suitable for gas environment containing hydrogen sulfide.
10 reinjection wells in each gas distribution station provide natural gas. The flow rate of each reinjection well branch is 16700-3400 m3/h, the working pressure is 25-30 MPa, the inlet pipe diameter of the gas distribution station is 8 (219 mm*30 mm), and the branch pipe diameter is 21/2 (89 mm*14 mm).
The gas distribution station is composed of two parts, including the valve distribution room and the control room. The system of the valve distribution room is equipped with electric ball valves at the entrance of manifold, electric regulating room of single well branch, pressure transmitter, combustible gas glimpser, H2S alarm, flame detector, explosion-proof fan, etc. It can accurately distribute and measure the gas injection volume of the wet gas injection well, and can be used in non-positive pressure fluctuation, gas leakage, fire and so on. Logical protection functions such as automatic shutdown and production are realized under normal conditions.

The high-pressure wet gas reinjectionand metering station has fully considered the technological characteristics of wet gas reinjection and the actual situation of oilfield in design and manufacture. High precision metering instruments and flow regulating valves are adopted in the control and metering of gas injection volume in reinjection wells, which can realize accurate flow regulation without extreme difference. The flowmeter has the functions of on-site display and remote transmission, and can accurately display single flow. The instantaneous and cumulative gas injection rate of a well can be adjusted accurately according to the gas injection rate set by a single well in the automatic state. When the gas injection pressure of a single well changes, the control valve will automatically adjust the opening degree to keep the gas injection rate constant, so that the error of gas injection control can be reduced to less than 5%.
